My name is Katherine Chahda and I am the 2023 Chapter President. I am so excited to share with you why I am so proud to call these women sisters and I invite you to take a glimpse into our sisterhood and see why over a hundred women call Gamma Phi beta their home away from home!

 

Gamma Phi Beta was founded upon four core values that we uphold ourselves to this day: Love, Labor, Learning, and Loyalty. Our chapter prides ourselves in upholding these values and inspiring the highest type of womanhood. We keep ourselves grounded to these values through our philanthropic work with Girls on the Run and Building Strong Girls, our academic achievements, and our true and constant support for one another!

 

I joined Gamma Phi Beta as a first year in Fall 2020, and it is one of the best decisions I have made during my college years. I have met some of my best friends and made memories that will last a lifetime. It is undeniable what this chapter has done for me. I have grown as a person because of this chapter and the constant encouragement from sisters that I have both witnesses and received has assured me to know that I am in the right place. 

 

Each member of our chapter has a unique story to tell and varied aspirations in life. Yet, our unconditional love and acceptance of each other is what brings us together as Gamma Phis. The strength of these women constantly inspires me and what makes me proud to say that I am a Gamma Phi Beta!
