One of the best things about becoming a Gamma Phi Beta is getting the chance to form a lasting bond with another sister. A Big Sister is an older member of the chapter that new members have met throughout their new member period and feel a special connection with. From giving advice about classes to hanging out at the beach to getting ice cream or coffee, Big Sisters are here to serve as mentors to guide their Little Sisters throughout their collegiate journey and beyond. 

Big and Little Week is one of our most cherished events. Each day our newest members are showered with fun gifts and clues on who their Big Sis is. The week concludes with an exciting reveal, dinner, and activities afterwards with their new Big Sisters.
